Endodontitis

Endodontitis is the field of dentistry that deals with the treatment/ retreatment of a tooth.

An important factor is treating the dental canals with the help of the dental microscope.

After the dental hard tissue was destroyed by caries, the dental soft tissue is affected and the dental nerve needs to be removed and the canal filled with a pasta.

In case of an incorrect endodontic treatment, the tooth in question needs to be retreated.
